This project is one of the variations of the NSW 4-wheel hopper wagons. This is a RSH rutile hopper done to drawing number 35 ref. 94119 (below) in the rolling stock plan book. 
There are several variations in these hoppers that can be kitbashed from Casula’s LCH/CCH/RSH kits.  I plan to model each of them.
