Since 1985, I have modelled the railways of New South Wales, with a particular interest in the steam era. I am currently focusing on  the early period of NSW rail operations between 1855 and 1930 although I continue to model later era steam locomotives and rolling stock.

Most of my models produced are from kits, which are often modified to represent a particular prototype. I have also experimented with the use of pastel chalks as a medium for realistic weathering of my models.
